Following a visit to Helsinki, Finland, U.S. Senator John Boozman (R-AR) delivered a speech on the Senate floor urging remaining member nations of the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) to join the U.S. and approve the accession of Finland and Sweden to the alliance.
