Sen. Boozman joined FOX16 News' Good Day Arkansas from Washington to discuss the latest developments regarding the COVID-19 coronavirus and how the federal response is unfolding. Congress has passed over $8 billion in assistance for our public health agencies and also just approved a package that includes free testing, paid sick and family leave, unemployment insurance enhancements and more, while also working on legislation to provide more direct relief to America's families and businesses.
Disabled American Veterans (DAV) is celebrating 100 years of service. U.S. Senator John Boozman (R-AR) recognized the century of service and celebrated the work its members have done to engage veterans, advocate to advance benefits, services and care and make a positive difference in the lives of veterans and their families.

To reaffirm our nation’s commitment to recycling and to underscore the importance of recycling to our economy and the environment, the Senate unanimously approved a resolution introduced by U.S. Senators Tom Carper (D-DE) and John Boozman (R-AR) that recognizes November 15, 2019 as “America Recycles Day.”

Boozman and Carper are co-chairs of the Senate Recycling Caucus. The senators encouraged their colleagues and all Americans to remember the importance of recycling.
